Default ? Lowering spring with stock shock and strut

? for those that lowered there mustang with stock shock and strut.
1. How long before you have to replace your shock and stock?

2. What lowering springs did you use?

3.What brand of springs is better for stock shock and strut?

I was thinking of buying this combo or just buy the springs. i have 20" wheels from AM.

a. Ford Racing N Performance Springs

b. Total Tokico Front & Rear Strut/Shock Package

Thanks.

I put the FRPP N Springs on my car with stock shocks/struts. It was fine for a while.. but since my rear tires have a larger offset (staggered), I got the Tokico D-Specs for the rear so my tires wouldn't rub against the fender.

Since I put the tokico's on the rear, it seems like my front is really bouncy, and I will be putting the tokico's on the front as soon as I can.

The FRPP springs worked out great for me, I would recommend them.

I went with Roush springs in the rear. The stock shocks lasted a week before I couldn't take it anymore. Added Roush shocks in the rear, it's about a month later and those are destined to end up in the pile of used parts. Considering both d specs and Koni.

Go with the D-Specs, you won't regret it.

Eibach Pro-Kit and the FRPP N's are almost the same if not mistaken...Anyhow I went with the Pro-Kit and Tokico HPs, I'm sure D-Specs are great but, outta my range and didnt care for the adjustability. If you're gonna change the Springs out, you're much better off doing the struts/shocks as well.

Thank you for the response. I think I will go with my original plan.

Ford Racing N Performance Springs

Tokico HP Front & Rear Strut/Shock

There's a group buy for D-spec in this site if anyone interested.
