Paid $200 for mine from someone who had bought and not installed. The one I got was urethane and clear. I had it painted. There is not much holding it on there although it seems to be sturdy since I've hit a curb or two and nothing bad has come of it. Also keep in mind that this spoiler will drag occasionally :/ its ok though just be careful and mindful of dips in the road

Love the way that looks man...Can you post some more pics (side; closeup)? And out of curiosity how many bolts/screws are there holding it on? I'm currently debating this chin spoiler or the Fang one from Aeroform or the 3d carbon one but that one is pricey...
