i was 18 when I bought my first v6 mustang. got a great local deal... yeah it wasn't perfect, but that's what gives my car character. Bought it for ~11K with 25K miles about 2 years ago.
be weary of the mod-bug... if you contract it there are very little known cures for it
Around 20 +/- 1 year, can't remember now. '73 Sportsroof for $150, it had a blown motor and a crunched in right rear quarter. Still have it but it has been off the road for around 13 years now.
18 when i bought my first one(1996 used v6 in 1999) insurance rapped me though. paid more for insurance than payment. sold when dad told me he would pay for my car, plus school. got my 2nd v6 in 2006 when i was 25. traded it in 15 months later for my 2007 gt (26 yrs old), traded that one in 16 months later for the 2008 dk candy i have now (1 month before 28th b-day)
what can i say. i have been a longtime mustang lover. my uncle gave me the bug when i was 11 yrs old.
