Isn't the magnaflow kit just a Y pipe that splits back into dual exhaust?
Wouldn't a true h- or x- pipe be better?

I don't think you're going to see much performance difference between Y, X, or H pipes on a normally aspirated V6.

A single GT takeoff gives pretty much the same performance benefit as a full dual with X pipe.

I am happy to tell you that eventuall i went for the Borla full kit with and X pipe..
hope to get it asap
