Default MILE CHECK!!

ok lets see where us s197 stangs are at in the miles department

I have done plenty of road trips in it. driving from san diego, cali to northern cali about 3 times each trip about 1200 miles and drove the stang from san diego to dallas which is a little more than 1300 miles. so im sure the road trips added extra miles i normally wouldnt have.

I purchased my 2006 mustang pony package
November 2005 and i have 41,000 miles.

is that normal or high or low?

I have 40000 on mine, obtained mid-year '05. First couple of years did a lot of driving, not so much the last couple of years, though. Typically we'll put 15-20k miles on a vehicle.

Bought my Pony package convertible in April 2006 and now have 108,000 on it. I bought it to drive and do so daily, no trailer or garage queen here. For the first couple of years I had a 140 mile commute to work, now it is down to 90 miles daily.

Geez Jim, that's an impressive total, and the car is still looking great.

Mine's at a relatively modest 36,000. I drive it a lot when I can (including two summer trips from Boston to Kansas City and back, with another coming up in two weeks) but since I HAVE to drive a company car during the week it's mainly evenings/weekends/vacations.

I'm still at 683.

Now that I've got the Battery Tender Plus I don't have to drive it to charge the battery up.

I bought my '07 in Dec. of 2006. It's got 6100 miles on it. I do love to drive it when I can which is mainly nights or weekend IF it's not raining. For work I drive an E-350 van/truck.
It may sound strange, but to this date, I have never washed the car. I don't need to because it stays clean. I keep polish and wax on it as well as a car cover. Once a week I wiped out the engine bay.

my 08, bought in oct 08 has 24k. lots of road trips to meet gf and see shows with friends all over the southeast. have a smile on my face everytime i take her for a long road trip, and open her up. see why i really bought this car. cars are meant to be drove. i quit worrying about keeping the miles down a longtime ago.
