I actually drove one a Mazdaspeed 3 not too long ago. Fun little cars. My grilfriend has a Mazdaspeed Protege and was considering trading it in for the Speed 3.

Me neither, I just happen to know because my neighbor across the street has a Mazda 3. She bought hers after I came home with my Mustang. Then my nephew has a Mazdaspeed 3. I told him he should stick to American cars but he said some of Mazda is owned by Ford. He knows just about every family member owns a Ford and he would get some flack by driving a "Japmobile."

A guy I work with road races a MazdaSpeed 3. He has some mods done to it and it runs low 13's at the strip (I think he said around a 13.3). That's without cracking into the turbo.

I have a 2009 Mazda 6 V6 Grand Touring Sport Edition, and it will SMOKE my Mustang with no problem... 296HP standard in that car... and its a 4-door... Love the Auto/Maunal Tranny in that thing... Wish Ford would do that in the Stangs... I think they call it a TripTronix Transmission... Shifting the Stick up and down... New Chevy Camaro's have it too, but they have on the steering colum paddle shifters instead of "Shifting" the stick...

Lol, of course it will smoke your stock 210 hp Mustang! You've got about 300 extra pounds of body kit hanging off that thing, what do you expect?lol

Plus Mustangs should always have a stick shift lol, no way I'd settle for tiptronic

you better check your numbers. the v6 only puts out 272 hp and its heavier(and auto) . a 3500 pound curb weight vs 3300 for the stang. granted its got more power, i highly doubt it would SMOKE a mildly modified v6.
