I would go with a turbo if your going to be looking at 375 HP. Like said earlier there are kits out there. Power house does one, STS, Forced4 to name a few. You will need an 8.8 rearend off of a GT. It has a posi diff to get both wheels power not just one like the 7.5 in our 6's. It can handle more power as well and will come with different gears. If your going turbo 3.55's for gears seem to be the sweet spot. If your going with a supercharger I would lean towards 3.73's or 4.10's. You will also need to eventually upgrade your drive shaft with an aluminium one, shaftmasters is a good brand and decently priced. Also like stated earlier with an auto you will be ok, they can take more power then a manual. If you have a manual PM me and I can point you in the right direction for an easier tranny swap. And there is turbo lag but with a properly sized turbo this is really not an issue and can perform just as well as twin turbos.

Why not drop a turbo in it

Dual exaust: 800-1000? HP? Do I need a new rear bumber for this?
Manual tranny: I hear around 3k, anyone know?
What else to add some HP? I want between 375 and 400....

I know I am asking alot but if you can give me web sites with it....

The rear end thing, web site too....

Looks, I have a ton of ideas too, chrome grill, paint, ect...

Ok well looks like your set on the x. Here is a site where you can find a lot of v6 stuff. http://www.v6mustangstuff.com/TakeOffParts.htm There are 8.8 take offs on that page.

As far as exhaust, you can get that for cheaper or more expensive. Might want to go check out some exhaust shops and see what they will charge for a custom job. There are kits on that site as well, the ford racing one is a good kit. Your really not going to see any HP gains from going with duals, its really a cosmetic thing and sound.

If you shop around you can get better deals with some patience.

He might get close if he waits for the intercooled one.

He shouldn't be "fixed" on the 375-400rwhp number, and look more into what he wants to get out of his car. If he wants alot of torque down low, X would be good. Intercooled X would be best of both worlds, if he wants low et's he can get that with an intercooled X, but right now a turbo would give him that.

If you go with duals, you do not have to get a new bumper unless you want to switch it out for a GT. A lot of us here (including myself) have opted to use the Pypes template and make the cut in the V6 bumper. If you do it right, it will come out looking like a factory job.
Here's the template;

If you go FI (forced induction) you will see gains from long tube headers.
