Sounds crazy but Bama used to have excellent customer service. Doug is a good guy but it seems like business is a little TOO good lately, but with the number of Bama threads popping up as of late that problem will probably work itself out.

yea see i heard that and so i was willing to give them my business
but when someone ordered their tune 3 MONTHS AGO its a little ridiculous
and not responding to any calls or emails just scares me away

I asked him a question awhile back and it took about a month to get to me. I think he is just really far behind on emails and orders. Although, I don't know that for sure, you'd have to ask him!

Thats weird. I ordered a tune not more than a month ago and actually got the wrong tune. So I called them the next day and by the end of that day I had a new revised tune. I've had nothing but good things to say about bama.

Well, after waiting since 7/29 for my CIA/Xcal3 and reading all of these posts I finally got a hold of Doug at Bama. He explained to me that somebody quit and his backlog is huge. But my order shipped out today, he said it would take a few days to get here. We'll see if it is correct when it comes, and if I'll need any tuning adjustments. His phone hours are 10-4 as stated on the website, I called at 10:05. (just for the people that haven't been able to get a hold of him)

I've got my fingers crossed.

yeah if you want to talk to doug call him in the morning for sure. Doug is a good guy to do business with. It's a bummer that he is getting somewhat of a bad rep because of this. I'm sure they will get back on track here soon.

well i was finally able to get ahold of him
u know how?
by disputing the payment on paypal
that got him to call me in an hour lol
i felt bad about doing it but it just doesnt sit well with me that i call their office about 80 times in a week (including right when the phone hours start) and can never get an answer including emails
he said he will be shipping it out on tuesday so i hope everything goes well
i feel bad for doing it bc i know the guy is a good guy but still its 635 bucks were talking here lol

who is bamma seen alot here about them and I am looking to get a bbk CAI and a bbk 70mm throttle body and a cat back exhuast. And of course I will need to tune for the new mods. so info please guys.
