so you ordered two torque tunes? i definitely would have recommended throwing the race tune in there. doug recommends low octane perf tune and high octane torq & race for the three tune combo.

no matter, it will still be a very nice improvement over stock.

Actually I always run the mid to high grade. In my area 87 and 91 are everywhere and 93 is available someplaces. So I ordered 91 torque and performance because I always run 91, and 93 torque because the race tune is not a recommended daily driver tune.
--"The three tunes that we reccommend are 87 performance, 91-93 performance, and 91-93 torque" -- Thanks from bama's site

I may order the race tune and in spring when I take my car out of storage.

yeah, i run race tune 80% of the time. like anything, you get used to it. i only run the torq tune for long road trips since i seem to get my best mpg's with it. torq and race are similar on the low end which is the common range for casual daily driving. the main diff is on the high end where the race keeps pulling and the torq seems mild. race is not recommended for daily driving if you "daily drive" in the high range which i doubt most poeple do unless you enjoy flashing lights on your rear

Thanks for the clarification, if Doug would have said that on his website, I would have ordered it. I will be ordering the race tune with my next set of tunes. (In spring, when I add the 3:73s)
