Default Pypes new take off Dual Exhaust question.

Hello,

I just recently bought this system

http://www.newtakeoff.com/mustang_V6...2005-2009.aspx

and I have a question. I pretty much know where all the piece go except 1. Can someone please tell me what the items circled in red are and where they go in the installation? Here's the link with it circled.

Thanks in advance

I have the same kit. I didn't need to use those for the installation

The intended use for them is to clamp the x pipe to the downpipe after the cats.
