Well it doesnt say it requires a tune so it probably doesnt put in as much air as a c&l or jlt would, but it'll still give you something. try and do cai and tune at the same time, they really compliment eachother and you'll see a massive difference
It doesn't say anything about a tune and yet it promises a 7-13 HP boost. There's just no way you can have both. I'd be wary about buying an unknown CAI that doesn't require a tune not only because I don't trust it not to throw lean codes but it also may cause issue if you decide to purchase a tune if the tuner doesn't know much about the intake

If you are just looking for the best deal, VMP's combo probably is your best best, and it's gunna run you about $450. Bamachips, Brenspeed, and Evolution also have good combos.
