Default Shaker 500 died! Help!

My daughter's Shaker system just quit. Nothing works at all. The rest of the dash components are fine, and I checked the fuses and they look good. She's going into bass withdrawal! I've searched the threads but didn't find that particular problem. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

did it get disconnected somehow?
Or did someone turn off the Shaker in the settings on the headunit?

Any warranty left? I've got the shaker 500 also and like it. But I also remember a Ford upscale head I had a few rides back and it simply just died near the end of the warranty and I was able to get it repaired. However they did take it out and I had to wait a week or so with a hole in the dash.

It can happen with any of them. I had a Honda Accord that came with an Alpine head unit. It was replaced 3 times in the warranty period. It quickly died again after the warranty ended and I had to replace it with an after market head unit.
