tune it how? you mean make adjustments? The persono you bought it from has to unlock that feature.

i can change all kinds of parameters on my x cal from bama

when they program it they do it with or without options...apparently your tuner didnt want u messing with the setup ...call him back.

i can change some of the parameters... but i cannot advnce spark or lean it out... and when i try to import the tunes onto my computer it wont aloow it, i want to be able to have the options fully adjustable to what i want....

the tuner can vary the range of adjustments and which parameters are adjusted. This varies from tuner to tuner so ask before you make your purchase. Talk to TI and see what their policy is. good Luck
