Default Hurst is in!

I put a hurst shifter in my car tonight. Install was a breeze with the exception of trying to find the right angle to get the stock shifter out. Huge improvemnt over stock! I can't believe I drove 2700 miles so far without one. Here is a pic
Installed a Hurst Shifter in my 06 V6 tonight. Huge improvement over stock :headbang: I can't belive I waited this long

Thanks! Yeah that is the poly bag for my oakleys. I leave it on the e-brake handle so I know where it is when I need it.

Looks good man. Does it feel good when you shift? There was a post last week and a guy took out his hurst because it was sluggish and would not pop into gear like it should. Just curious cause I've been thinking about this mod as well.

Did you have stock exhaust or duals? How long was the install?

Thanks! It feels great, really short crisp shifts. I can go from 1st all the way to 5th and never take my elbow off the center console. It can all be done with my wrist. I have duals on my car GT take off's and GT h-pipe. The install took me just about an hour. The hardest part was tryin to find the right angle to get the old shifter out of the car.
