Default Gt Take off brakes... ?

I was wondering how well the braking improves with the gt brakes?? For a hundred bucks from saleen, very much worth it, hell discs and pads are over 300 from ford new.

I was wondering about them as well ... is it just a matter of swapping the calipers and rotors or are additional parts required?

I'm also curious on the subject. I know the GT-500 brembo break kit will bolt on.

thats probably like 1000 bux though. Yeh i think it should use the same mounting places, i did discs on another car and they just slide over the wheel studs, and i think theyd include the bigger bracket for the caliper. Worth the 100 bux to try

Saleen.com has them in their store.

I was thinking about this a while ago too, If anyone has done it I'd love to know how it went. Hell $100 is almost what it costs just for replacement pads..

Honestly I wouldnt even bother. I have just the 4 wheel disc brake system on my v6 with no ABS. And, they stop very very well and the petal is nice and firm, not too hard and not near soft. I did have some work done to them and got some performance pads and thats all they really need IMO.
