What happened to all the juice???

What happened to all the juice???
Seems like everyone on here that started with the Nitrous has switched to a FI system of some kind. (a few ppl are adding nitrous to their FI setups)
Is anyone else still messing with a nitrous only system?
Currently I run a 75 shot, but have a dual stage RPM window / TPS switch in my garage just waiting to be installed.
I'm waiting on the remainder of my roll bar to arrive from jegs, before proceeding. (you have to have a bar in a vert to go better than 13.5 at the track)
Just curious where everyone else is at with the juice, and what I can expect down the road.
What's the biggest shot that's been tried? What's the best time thus far on N2O?
I know I'm going to need to upgrade my fuel pump eventually, any suggestions on what pumps or booster to use?

RE: What happened to all the juice???
juice is a very complicated system as far as making it safe
with FI you can make alot more HP with less risk especially with a great tune
to date the highest shot i know about was 125 and that resulted in a blown piston
i thought about nitrous for a while but the hp is only safely used at the track
FI is more stable and you can run it on the street all the time
and you dont have to fill it !!!!!

If you do it right, it's probably just fine.

do it right and don't get greedy...
1) Get a custom dyno tune
2) Stay with either the 75 or 100HP shot... 125HP can be done... but... I think the 100HP is a wiser choice
3) Get a window switch!
4) Make sure you can afford to fix or replace your motor... if your mustang is your only vehicle, can you afford to be without it for a while...
Nitrous at the 100HP level works really well... however things can go wrong... fuel solnoid might not open or the fuel jet clogs... the N20 Solenoid might stick open..
just food for thought..
