This is the type of Magnaflow X-pipe I'm getting:

I still need to decide on what mufflers to go with them

RE: HAVING DOUBTS NOW!???
No... you have to cut the pipes and my kit gave me instuctions on exactly where to cut them... perfect fit. The factory cats have plenty of flow. Most of these kits are designed for catback intallation from what i have seen... i thought i might want to change mine out as i was concerned about flow but no need... the factory cats are fine.. they allow plenty of flow. You may want to think about going with just a catback system... plenty out there.

RE: HAVING DOUBTS NOW!???
I have magnaflow duals and i like the drone. I don't get it, dont people put exhaust on their cars so it will be louder and sound better? I don't mind the drone at all but sometimes the overdrive button on my auto shifter starts to vibrate, thats my only complaint. And all duals will drone anyway, unless you figure out a way to stop the fumes from exiting out of both pipes at exactly the same time, which is what causes drone. But damn, when you floor that sucker, it absolutely screams. You might end up scaring people, especially under bridges.

Ahh, I see. I just got a Mustang so I thought the cat converter would come out with the whole exhaust. Thanks for clearing it up
