Default C&L cai / Xcal3 Question

So I bought a C&L CAI from a member on here, and want to order a Xcal 3 from
b@m@, but my question is can he set the tunes to work with the C&L even if I'm only
buying the tuner? Maybe a stupid question, just thought I'd make sure i knew what was
going on. Also is there a REALLY noticable difference with the C&L cai and tune?

Shouldn't have any problems what so ever trust me you aren't the first person to just buy a tuner. Just make sure you put in the mods section of the order form that you have a C&L and you should be fine. Can't comment on what difference it makes but from responses on here I know it does.

yup i ordered just a tuner from doug... i needed it to be set up for a JLTII intake with a C&L filter... from the looks of it he just gave me the C&L tunes he normally sends out, and i've had nothing but good comments about it.

ESPECIALLY THE 91 RACE TUNE... the car is TOTALLY different when i pop that tune in... lol

should be no problem shooter. doug will take care of it. bama and C&L work well together from what i've read in C&L's website. the difference you will feel from stock will be a very pleasing one .

I have a C&L, XCAL 3, and the 87, 89, and 93 performance tunes from Doug. Nothing but good things to say about my intake and tunes. You made a wise choice.

Yes, you WILL FEEL THE DIFFERENCE!
