Great write-up. I moved it to the V6 Tech section, and will add it to the Tech sticky

For $600 what kind of 1/4 mile times are the 5 sp MANUAL guys picking up with these? Are they worth it ? (For example for $600 a really nice NO2 kit can be put on a car and drop a second or more off of a cars time.)

I have a GT. I just put in a CAI & a 87 Performance tune (plan on 93 when the tank of gas runs out). My performance got substantially WORSE from stock. I called Bama and they sent another tune which was an improvement, but I think it only got me close to stock. I'm not sure its better than stock.

I'm pretty disappointed. Doug is out until mid next week. I'll try and find out what's up at that time.

I have the same intake on my manual tranny V-6. I have the 93 Perf, Race, and torque tunes. WELL WORTH the $600.00. I got mine in the mail in 4 days.

COMPLETELY different car.......especially on COLD days!.....

When I first installed my C&L.....I had a a single Race Pro (street Pro?) muffler from Pypes.......but it "popped" like crazy until it was warmed up.....and droned at Highway speeds...OMG....it was an improved tone from stock.....but it was LOUD!

I upgraded to the FRPP duals and my low end torque got even better, no drone now either.....I would HIGHLY recommend this set up to anyone with a CAI and tune. (and it looks GREAT too!!!!)
