Default After Market Parts
I found a replacement grill with fog lights for an 06 mustang V6 but I have an 05. Would it fit correctly? Is the grill on an 05 mustang V6 different from that of the 06 or 07 V6?

It will fit with no problems, as long as it came from a V6. GT and V6 models have different bumpers, which means you can't use the same grill for both. But as long as it's from a V6, it will fit into your stock bumper just fine.
