I was able to remove the majority of the grill but I'm at the part where the fogs light wires are the only thing keeping it in thee. I was able to unplug the plug that connects to the fog lights however there is another set of plugs that's still attached. I have no idea what they are or what to do. I took a picture to show what I'm talking about
the orang is the plug I removed from the original fog lights while the red and blue piece is what I have no idea what it is. Does any know what I should do? Also - I tried to plug in the orange plug to the input on my new grill (12V input) and it didn't seem to fit. hmmmmmm

The GT and Pony driving lights are different. The Pony has extra pigtails (aka adapters) installed for the small lights. Simply disconnect them (they are approx. 6" long) and plug the harness into the larger GT lights.
So I finally got my GT style grill in the car and I'm trying to lock it in and the left side just won't fit. Right side is in but the left seems to be blocked by these two black circles that are behind the grill. No idea what they are but the website I bought this grill from says this:
minor modifications to the horn bracket might be need to fit the grill.
I'm thinking this is how to fix it but what is the horn bracket? At first, I actually cut the circular bracket on the grill itself b/c that was bumping up against these black circles but it still won't fit. any suggestions?
so the two black circles must be the horn and bracket. There are two screws on top but I cant see how this can be modified. It doesn't bend and the black circle is def blocking the left lift from fitting in. Any suggestions?
so i did it - I just bent the bracket. Brute strength but i was concerned to do that before b/c i didn't want to break anything.
anyway - pics coming.
yeah, sometimes brute strength is the way to go, other times you'll be sorry, been there done that

Black Circles - ROFLMAO
Whats the big round thing in front of you when sitting in the drivers seat?
Answer - the steering wheel....
And the big round button in the center is the black circle activator...

i have been thinking of going with the v6 gt grill from blue oval ind. and it fits in the v6 front cover.
yeah, some aftermarket grilles are made to fit the v6s but look exactly like the gts. That is how a person can put a "gt" grille on a v6 bumper, without swapping the bumper covers.
