What is the hp and torque rating for the 07 mustang v6?

What do you mean by rating? You want numbers?

To the drive-train? or the wheels?

From the Ford Brochure:

210 hp @ 5300 rpm; 240 lb.-ft. of torque @ 3500 rpm

I am sure this is drivetrain, not sure of what RWHP would be...

I can't remember exactly what it was but i think the RWHP is between 170-180hp and RWTQ is 215lbs?

just found this dyno on the web, stock v6, at the wheels
