Default TPS Throttle position sensor. Is mine faulty?

I have a 2010 Mustang V6. Recently, I am having the following issues:

car threw a P2135 code about 3 months ago. I cleaned the throttle body and reset the code. Car has been fine so far. Until 2 weeks ago, I am having the following symptoms again:

- at highway speed, at 70 MPH, around 2kRPM, my car will have random surging.
- at idle, car will idle rough from 750RPM and drop down to 500RPM and then back up again
- I notice during AC usage, car will idle more rough than usual

I did the following test on the TPS sensor, having key on engine off, I probed the top pin of the TPS(green wire) , the voltage reads 1.26V.

I probed the second pin (yellow wire), it reads 5.04V

Then I moved the TB butterfly from closed to fully open, green wire voltage will read up till 4.53V. While the butterfly opens, voltage increases up till 4.53V with no glitch. When butterfly closes , it will go back down to 1.28V.

My observation: Isn't the car supposed to read 0.9V - 1 V when idle? (My car idles at 1.26V)

When the butterfly is fully open, isn't it supposed to read the maximum 5V? (My car reads max at 4.53V)

Is my TPS sensor faulty?

Thanks

Default

Do you get the same cel?

Have you tried cleaning the maf?
Have you ruled out a vacuum leak or a dirty fuel filter?
