Default Magnaflow High Flow Cats w/Xpipe kit V6 Fitment Question?

It turns out a friend of mine tried to put a GT h-pipe on his v6 and it wouldn't bolt up correctly.

Now problem is that I want the High Flow Cats w/the built in Xpipe from Magnaflow but I'm not sure if it will fit my V6.....anyone have any ideas or have tried this?

I want the same setup for my gf's 2000 v6......help please

Thanks.
