Default 2010 Super vs Turbo

I know there is a lot of debate about what is better, but I'm gunna ask what is better again. What is better? Im looking for High and Low end HP and Torque, I <3 Torque, I cant get enough Torque. Imagine price is not a factor so rule that out. Which can give me the most HP and Torque without the least drain on my fuel economy or on the engine. What is safest and what kind of HP/Torque can I expect after getting a Super or a Turbo. Also, I know neither have come out for the 2010 but since its the same engine, could an 09 turbo/super work?

2010 is exactly the same as the 05-09 so anything designed for the previous years will work on the 10.

So if I got a 2009 twin turbo system for my 2010 it would be 100% sure to fit? Nothing was moved around on the engine at all?

They SHOULD be the same - an 2009 kit versus a 2010 kit. Contact the manufacturer to make sure.

Killdar is right - turbos are making the most power.

Will a turbo also give me good low end? Are they safe for my car? Would something like this work? http://www.ststurbo.com/mustang_v6 or does any1 know any better turbos? Id prefer twin turbo but this one does not specify if it is single or twin so I would call them. But im looking for the best twin turbo system for the v6. Does any1 know about how much work would cost or if it would be safe to let my friends car mechanic majors at a polytechnic institute do the work.

Check out our twin turbo kit. We are currently fitting it to a 2010 just to verify but all of our research says everything works. I have this same system on my own 2005+ Mustang. I previously had a Paxton Novi2200 on my car and when I swapped to the twins, I picked up 62rwtq just from reducing the drag on the crank from the supercharger. Oh, and with 2 smaller twins, I have peak boost at 2350rpm! ;-)
