Default Funny Engine Sounds

I have a 2010 Mustang v6 Premium. I'm not a skilled driver, nor a daring driver. I know not to redline an engine and I never have. I've never done a neutral drop or accelerated with my foot on the brake. Today I went for a drive with my friends and their Evo Lancer and Infiniti Fx. My Evo friend did some donuts and drifting because it snowed today and the ground was slick. We were in a flat parking lot with nothing around. I've done donuts and ice drifts in my old Suburban many times, with no problems. So I decided to do a little drift. Being a new car with only 5k Miles on it, I decided to be safe. I put it into first and accelerated to about 3k rpm, not going fast, and then cut right and did a nice circle to get warmed up. When I finished I started going straight and my car started shaking and making some weird sounds. I stopped the car and let it sit and it made some very strange sounds, hard to explain. My friends all heard it and were concerned because I didnt do anything mean to my engine nor did I hit a pothole or anything. So I was wondering if this was a suspension or engine problem. They both seemed to be weird. The sound in the engine started after I braked and durring braking. Any advice? I was gunna bring it in to be checked but the service department is closed till monday and I have to drive home tomorrow.

can you tell if the niose is coming from the engine itself (either revving or idling) or is it a noise that happens when you're rolling?
