I'll probably buy them tomorrow. Are they available at local part stores by the way or do I have to order them? They're closed, so I couldn't check. By the way, if the gears are used, do I still need to wait the 500 miles to break them in. Sorry, sort of new to gears.
Thanks

you need to order the ford racing friction modifer, i got mine of ebay. You can buy gear oil at auto stores i believe. I reccomend doing the 500 miles break in period anyway just to be safe to avoid gear whine, and re oil the gears at 500 miles,

Cool. I'll check it out tomorrow. By the way, how do you like your 3.73 gears?

They make a big difference especially if you tune it afterwards. Although i have gear whine even though i followed all of the steps and got it installed by a mechanic. Im probly going to switch to an 8.8 after supercharging. Btw the gear brand i used was motive gears.

Nice...you'll be pulling even harder with the supercharger Are you going to stick with the 3.73 or go with 4.10 after you change the rear end?

Cool-cool. Am I going to need 4qt of the lube by the way? I'm thinking of buying a cheaper brand, then when I change at the 500 mile mark, I'll go with Mobile 1 or Royal Purple. Which one's do you recommend?
Thanks
