I have a 05 mustang, V6 and im looking into changing out the spark plugs. I think motorcraft is the "authorized" type to use but im looking for the best. What brand and type is the best to use for my car? Will they help my gas mileage? thank you for your help, i dont know anything about cars but i am trying to learn.

I always like motorcraft plugs, but some other may chime in about thier experience with plugs. You could always look into the Screamin Demon coil and wires while your at it.
