Yea, did you follow the BBK instructions about adjusting the idle?

Some people had this same issue with the Zabteck TB and that is what it was.

Fallow them how? last I remember reading the only thing it said was to disconect the batery before instal. Granted I do know how to turn the screw on the side of it. Is that what your talking about ?
