Well the club rents the track for 4 hours and are the only ones that can run. If I had paid in advance it would have been $50, but since I paid at the door it was $60. Like I said I was on the fence about participating, but after that long of a drive, I figured what the hell.

Really good times. Track visits can be a lot of fun! And you wont usually break anything.

However, just the other night at the track, a '05 v6 broke its t-stat housing. But it would have happened on the street very soon.

Glad you had a good time, and kept the racing off the streets.

Thanks it was a great time. I agree to keeping it to the track! Street racing is dangerous/stupid!

Yea I ran 20+ times, haven't counted the timeslips but quite a stack! It was a lot of fun, I had the stock wheels/tires on too and not the fr500's with the 20's. Also I left the line each time at idle. Like I said it was my first time at the track!

Im at all the monthly club meetings, and most of the cruises that NVMC does, there is a Cruise this weekend on Sunday with Maryland Patriot Stangs and Fords through the Cotoctan Mountains, I will be there for that too, you should come along if you are available.
