Hello new to the forum, so my speedometer all of sudden just started acting weird. Sometimes when I start the car the speedometer will be stuck on 60 or 80 0r some other number. If i shut the car off and start it back up it will go down about 5 mph from where it was and act as if it where 0 and go up from there when u drive. it seems like when its cold it does but not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

In 2005 the stepper motors that control the needles within the gauge cluster were defective and will eventually go bad... You need to replace the stepper motors or have the gauge cluster replaced completely. Eventually they will all stop working or malfunction. I had 3 of my 4 gauges malfunction before I replaced the gauge cluster.
