So I need to get an inspection soon, The only mods I have is a Ford racing CAI and a tune, should I tune to conformance, street or racing ( I assume street) and will it pass? or should I put in my old air box and tune stock. Also My Ebrake cable broke, I have a new one does anyone know where I can find a manual or instructions on how to change it?

Depends on the tune. Depends on if the rear O2 sensors are off and you have 3 "Not Ready's". Depends on the inspection, if they check for OBDII readiness.

Reverting to stock intake and tune, if you have them, is a sure-fire way to get things in a more known and more-likely passable state. But give it a couple days and drive it around before going in for the inspection.
