Not sure about speed restrictions but they do recommend using a drive shaft safety loop with them... Although I haven't lol.
I'm not running a driveshaft loop either, with aluminum and high horsepower it's important as aluminum just breaks into big pieces, with carbon fiber it blows into lots of pieces and you won't have nothing to worry about.

Relocation brackets if you lower the car are generally a good idea for traction. Lowering angles the back of the LCA up so power is used to push the car up rather than forward. Relocation brackets allow you to drop the back of the LCA down to more parallel to the ground.
