what oil? fuel cleaner? etc. do you use?!

I do techron every 3.5 k miles , and i switched from framm to k&n filters much better and easier to handle . I like mobil 1 the best, just dont overchange your oil like i did ,waste of money . Im on 4k miles on my current oil going to wait another 2k before i even think of changing it . Thanks to walmart oil costs 26$ here in sacramento.
