question about sterring fluid?

Checked my steering fluid just because.. it was under min.. whats the type of steering fluid its an 05 v6 automatic?

Should be Mercon ATF

yup i found this
Check the power steering fluid.
Refer to the scheduled maintenance
guide for the service interval
schedules. If adding fluid is
necessary, use only MERCON
ATF.

Mercon v, same as the auto trans fluid.

Yes mercon v. If you use power steering fluid it will blow your pump trust me I know lol
