Default My cars taking to long to heat up?

My car takes about 15 minutes for me to get any decent heat.. I noticed the meter takes a long time to reach between cold and hot.. I checked the anti freeze the other day and noticed it needed some so i added but still takes a while to get heat? Is there any easy trick to bleeding it possibly my problem?
BTW in a month ill probably flush the whole radiator but for now I just need my heat in this 11degree new jersey weather lol. THANKS

My stepper motor is going out on my thermostat gauge. It only moves if it is 60 degrees or higher. The fan still kicks on and everything is working properly, so I am not worried. My RPM and fuel gauges are also not working properly.
Unfortunately, this is a common issue with the 2005 model.

I had the same problem this past winter. My coolent was a bit low. Topped it off and it took care of the issue. As for why my coolant was low I later discovered it was my plastic thermostat housing about to blow apart. Happened in a wendy's drive-thru was pretty fun haha
