Noticed on the garage floor a clear fluid under around where the pinion is, thought maybe it has a seal that is leaking, but if that clear liquid is gear oil Ive never seen anything like it before, and if it is a leaking front seal (pinion seal?) whats an average price to replace it? any information would be greatly appreciated.

So, have you dipped your finger in it to see if it's water or oil and has any odor? Probably water from somewhere; driving thru a puddle, A/C condensation making it's way towards the rear, a rodent pissing under your car...

pinion seal can be a couple hundred to replace if that is whats going bad. It happens often enough and the liquid/oil can appear clearish

mines leaves a patch of water after a drive in hot weather running the aircon.
i think this normal with all cars tbh...my other 2 cars do the same...look into that if i was u dude
