MyColor Gauges and HIDs

MyColor Gauges and HIDs
First, I'm having issues with my MyColor gauge cluster. The lights on the tach and speedo intermittently flicker (like the blue is going out) but doesn't do so constantly. Has anyone else had this issue?
Second, I have 35W bi-xenon HIDs on my mustang and the headlights occasionally flicker. This is, to my knowledge, either a lack of power to the headlights (SJB issue perhaps?) or the ballasts...though three different brands flickered and one did not but the ballast fried after two weeks.
Any advice?

OK...I've had the alternator tested and its ok. Could it be (like the case with my battery) that the one installed from the factory just can't handle fog lights and a phone charger? Lol
I can't find a higher amperage alternator for the 4.0. I'll try replacing the alt and beltband see if it helps. Thanks for the reply mam!
