Default pontiac/monte ss 3800 supercharger

saw someone throwing around the idea of trying to fit on of the superchargers used in the older grand prix gtp and monte carlo ss 3800 v6 and it got me thinking, if you could figure out what you would need to fab up to make that work (im guessing itd be a nightmare but thats why were car guys!), you'd have a fairly cheap supercharge setup if you could find an old prix in the junkyard, ect. anyone ever thought about this or crazy enough to try it?? itd be a cool alternative to the expensive explorer x charger kit for some people maybe if it could be figured out!

Those blowers don't flow so you're wasting your time...

Not as efficient as the MP90 even, and you still will have to fabricate a lower intake to make it work. You will probably have more time and expense into trying to make it work than the Xcharger. Dave and Patty at Explorer Express have already done all the work for you and have a proven kit.

(my Xcharger Xtreme on my 2006 ran mid 12's and had 203,000 miles on it when I sold it)
