Default T5 cluster

Hey I broke 2nd gear as you may have already known, my other name I use is logged in by Facebook and I don't remember the password but it's 07rousche 4.0.

Anyways I broke 2nd gear and I was wondering if the cluster from ddperformance work? As a replacement?

To be honest you are going to keep having problems and breaking them unless you change your driving habits. They really aren't worth fixing.

You are correct but I can squeeze a bit more out of these gears for one and for 2 I'm in Italy and a 3650 is next to impossible to ship, so if you know you can tell me

The T5 has been around for a long time because it is a reliable transmission for the V6. Having said that, it has its limits. It's probably not suited for the type of driving you do. A 3650 is really what you need, whether you can get it or not. Repairing your T5 is not a long term solution.

Thanks for stating the exact same thing, I may make progress eventually. My question was not whether it was a long term solution or not, my question was will that cluster work? See what I'm getting at yet? Horsepower eats t5s. And no I don't drive like a grandma so your right. But when 2 people make the same post back to back that isn't relevant to my question trying to sound smart makes me think your not so smart and that you shouldn't post at all

You're right. It was stupid of me to try to convince someone that drives a V6 T5 like a GT that he's wasting his time trying to repair the transmission that's obviously not suited for his driving style. I won't bother you again. I'm sure there are plenty of people here smarter than I that can tell you how to make the T5 work for you.

you two... come the hell on, i said would the cluster work, not would repairing my trans be ok... getting a 3650 in italy is IMPOSSIBLE but i can order a cluster, ZING. do we understand yet? i mean jesus its like talking to a brick wall, I knew a long time ago i needed a different trans but im in a situation all i can do is replace the gears so how hard is it to tell me if the 2.95 cluster from ddperformance or whatever it is will work in my actual t5, i know all that is for older t-5's and they dont even know i guess cause they dont work with these

Alright now I'm confused because the OP was posting and the location is set as Tennessee but now you are replying and saying you live in Italy.

Well since you live in Italy and it is impossible to ship a 3650 over there, why would you trash on the T5 in the first place knowing that?
