Oh, and their website has that obnoxious "How may I help you" chat box pop up all the time.

Thanks for the help here - I'm always around and I do keep watch periodically at night - I'm always around to help customers out no matter what but some times they can't get to a phone, that's why I'm here! Sorry to hear that the chat box is a little obnoxious but there's a small X where you can minimize it if it's getting in your way!
