Default '06 MUSTANG - AIRBAG HELP, ALSO PATS HELP

Ok guys, need some serious help here. I bought a '06 with the 4.0 base about 2 months ago. I had to replace both airbags. I sent off the module to safetyrestore.com to get repaired. I'm still getting airbag code 42 for the front crash sensor. I have replaced the front sensor to no avail. I have checked the wiring from the sensor to the module, can't find any damage. The continuity check with my multimeter shows good wiring. The connection is clean between the sensor and the radiator frame area. I took it to the dealer today and they were absolutely no help. They suggested replacing the entire wiring harness for $3300. Ridiculous. Anything I'm missing? Also, the anti-theft engages sometimes for no reason. Sometimes, it'll start up the next time, sometimes it takes an hour. Who knows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is all of that controlled by the smart junction box? Is the floor/carpet wet on the passenger side? The drains can plug up, and then water comes into the cabin right on the SJB (it is located in the kick panel on the driver side) so that can cause some issues with various electrical systems.

The connection from the front crash sensor to the airbag module does not run through the SJB. It's a straight connection which is one reason why I can't figure out why it doesn't work.
I did just recently fix the water drainage issue. It was definitely leaving huge amounts of water in the floorboard. I just bought the car, so by the time I found the problem, the corrosion damage to the SJB had already been done. I cleaned as much as possible, but there's quite a bit of work to do yet. Maybe the anti theft system runs through it, not sure.

if there was that much water in the interior, the restraints control module (RCM) might have been damaged.

I thought it might be damaged also, but I recently sent it in for repair and programming. They assured me the airbag control module was working properly.

So the problems with my anti theft system has progressed. Looks like I need a new Smart Junction Box. Any further ideas with the front crash sensor??
