2009 Misfire
Getting misfires on a 2009 v6 and replaced plugs, wires, and coil with
new Motorcraft. Still not running right. Any ideas? Read many old posts suggesting out of order wiring (ok i think) or fuel filter (which i haven't done). One said to disconnect battery so that the sytem would "relearn" new plugs (which i haven't done). Very frustrated and your help would be appreciated.
Thanks, plainjane2009

Double check your coil pack again. It is in numerical order on one side, but not the other. Very easy to mix it up. Always worth a double check - look at the pack number and trace the wire to make sure. Then make sure each wire is properly seated on the plug.

I noticed this when changing wires and tried putting them back in order but I didn't fully trace back. I'll do that. Any problems with new coils being bad? Thought about putiing old one back in to see if it. made a difference. - Thanks plainjane2009
