Default 4.0 rattle 2000 - 2500 rpm

It's doesn't do it when the motor is cold. But when I get off of the highway after cruising steady at 110km per hour (around 2000 rpm) and then go to accelerate from a stop the car makes a very audible rattling noise between 2000 and 2500 rpm under light to moderate throttle. It won't do it at harder or wide open throttle. The engine has 195000 kilometers on it.
I've been reading into timing chain casset and tensioner issues but these seem more so to affect pre-2005 4.0 engines in the explorer or ranger.
Anyone else have this experience?
The motor also makes a momentary rattle upon start up. The car is a 2006 and I only run castrol 5w-30 synthetic oil.
Thanks in advance
