billet parts and maybe a the plastic pieces around the widow switches painted.(not painted red or yellow painted like silver or something)

does window tint count, because you install it on the inside but its visibly noticeable from both outside and inside???

I put black pony floor mats in mine and chrome pony sill plates on the running board thingy, made it look better to me

I painted all the pieces in my dash that would come out bright red.....matches my silver exterior real well.

A short throw shifter and shift knob to get rid of the factory trucker shifter.

Then I dunno...guages, pedals...
