Default Battery relocation

Anyone have the trunk battery relocation kits? Are they worth the money/hassle?

I made my own. Are you doing it to race, or just to move the battery?

No its not to race really. I want the best handling I can get out of the car though. Figured taking that weight off the front end would be a good idea. Not really worth it?

i would say they are useful because you are moving 50+ pounds right over your rear tires which is making you launch better

moving a 35 pound battery from the front drivers side of the car to the rear passenger side of the trunk actually put 60 more pounds on the right rear tire - where you need it most for traction. Better weight distribution also reduces "nose dive" during braking and improves handling response. It's not hard to relocate the battery and a good idea.
