i know it won't work for all, but mine would not play, move, or do anything with the cd changer only the radio and anytime I hit eject,load,play cd or skip cd it would make a horrible tick very rapidly(tick,tick,tick,tick) I got lucky in the reset I guess.
thats funny that they broke in and stole a broken cd player! lol well it sucks that they broke in to your car. did insurance pay for the new one and the damage??
