Its the tune. Big time. He is running a wet shot so his injector and fuel pump are fine. Its your tune. IMO It looks as if the timing might be a tad bit high.

I have already ordered a new pump, just waiting for it to be shipped, once I install it I'll take the car to the dyno and see if there is any difference or improvement.

If not I will definitely try MPT tune.
