Just came from the dyno shop, I have tried my NX plate system (100hp shot) for the 1st time today, and this is what happened, on the 1st run it resulted in (369hp/392tq) but the A/F was way too lean.
So we added 10% to richen it up, and 2nd run resulted in (351hp/384tq), and still the A/F is lean, so we went to the maximum possible on the SCT X-cal 2 which is 14% richer, and the 3rd run resulted in (359hp/445tq), and the A/F came below 16 but still too lean.
The guy from the shop told me that the problem might be from the fuel pump, so I re-installed the NA tune back and tested it back again and it resulted in (282hp/314tq) and the A/F started good but it got leaner with RPM going up.
I would really appreciate your input guys on this, what would be the problem? Fuel pump? Tune? Or something else?

Are you just using the handheld tuner. If so you need to take it to get it professionally tuned.
And if your shop set up the car like that you need to find a new shop before you need to find a new motor.
EDIT: also BUMP!
Yes Im using the handheld but i got the custom tune from Justin (VMP),
Here is the problem, in Bahrain (this Dammmmn Island i hate it) there is only one dyno shop, and all the professional tuners here only specialized in chevys (using HP tuner), no body tune fords over here (they kinda hate fords).

Do you still have the stock pump? I'd upgrade ASAP
Yes, I'll start with that and see what happens.

is your fuel solenoid getting the proper voltage? Is it pulsing on and off? Is the fuel line to or from the fuel noid collapsing? Is the plunger swollen on the fuel noid?? I'd look into those things.
I think you may be maxing out your stock fuel pump... Which shouldnt happen n/a, that our something is clogged.
Riyad, ask her to visit Bahrain she'll love it.
Any suggestions on what pump should I get?
