Default affordable, mild, cams

correct me if i'm wrong but if you get a stage 1 cam from lets say comp cams you don't need to replace the valve springs or retainers right? Also where would be a good place to look for a cam that fits the title of this thread? any clue on installation prices?

Hitech stage 2 do not need to replace the valve springs unless you go over 6500 rpm... you will like them better than any stage 1's

HIgh tech is a good brand but CMS is the best and they are the cheapest you'll find.

if you engine has a lot of miles you might want to consider getting new springs with your cams.

hitech cams are really good i havent seen cms stage 2 cams make more power than the hitechs
